How does such a scofflaw keep his office? He failed to declare and pay income tax on about a million dollars. He does none of the work. He never has written an independant opinion; Once he finds out Scalia's opinion, he is content simply to echo it. The American people pay for and should receive much more from him.

He observed Fox News promoting the ignorance of female demagogues from Alaska and Minnesota and the great Satan from Rio Linda California and feels bad about the vast store of ignorance he has not wiped out in his career as an educator. He did not even enjoy the company of Helen of Troy along the way. Oh well, Faust had it good, but that is legend, not biography.
